Besides offering oil expellers and expeller spares, we are also engaged in the fabrication of bio-diesel and bio-fuels plants. We can supply bio-diesel plants from 1 KL to 100 KL from a wide variety of oils, fatty acids and molasses.We have put in our best efforts in the extraction of bio-diesel and ethanol, which is the future renewable energy source of the world.

These plants can be largely used for the esterification of edible oils to produce ethanol. Esterification and trans-esterfication requires the following feed specifications.
• FFA Content < 0.1%
• Phosphatide Content as phosphorus < 10 ppm
• Sulphur Content < 5 ppm
• Water Content < 0.10%
• Impurities < 0.10%
• Temperature 122 oF (50 oC)
