Description: we have introduced our SUPER DELUXE 6 TDP/ 1 TDP OIL EXPELLER designed and developed in collaboration with mechanical Engg. Research and Development Organization a unit working under technology mission on oil seeds and pulses (Govt. of India).
We can produce pungent oil in Expeller only without using Ghani (Kohlu). The Salient features of the machines are as under :

Water cooled chamber to control temperature during crushin.The pungency of oil is better than Ghani Oil. Automatic seed and cake conveying system as Integral part of the machine. No foundation required for the machine, motors and side Pedestal. Two Stage Kettle for separately feeding of seed and cake for continuous operation. Totally enclosed oil filled gear box fitted with Helical tempered heavy duty gears. Low residual oil in cake.

The cleaned mustard seed with proper moisture content is poured into the lower shall of the two stage seed and cake container , from where it enters the compression chamber through hopper.
During compression of seed in the chamber, oil falls in the oil tray and is collected in oil container , while the emerging cake from the coke end is conveyed to the upper shell of the seed and cake container by horizontal and vertical augers. The cake thus collected is pressed repeatedly second, third and fourth time to achieve the residual oil value less than the ghani cake.OUR OTHER PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR MORE HIGHER CAPACITY
